    At Global Air Compass Marine Logistics BV, we specialize in delivering high-quality logistics and marine services to customers around the world. We are seeking a motivated and energetic Logistics Warehouse Operator to join our dedicated team in Botlek, Rotterdam.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Efficient Loading/Unloading: Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring stock is checked in accurately.

    • Organized Inventory Management: Sort and place materials on racks and shelves, keeping meticulous records of all received and distributed purchase orders (PO).

    • Order Fulfillment Excellence: Collect items throughout the warehouse and prepare orders for delivery or pickup as per daily planning.

    • Precise Shipment Handling: Sign for shipments upon receipt, verify POs, and thoroughly inspect packages for damages and discrepancies.

    • Proactive Issue Resolution: Communicate effectively with office operators to resolve any shipment or delivery issues.

    • Expert Material Handling: Use forklifts, hand carts, or pallet jacks to manage shipments efficiently.

    • Strategic Storage Solutions: Maximize warehouse space by storing inventory smartly.

    • Timely Order Processing: Quickly process distribution orders, ensuring items are retrieved, packed, sealed, and labeled accurately.

    • Detail-Oriented Individuals: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory.

    • Excellent Communicators: Good verbal communication skills in English and basic knowledge of Dutch.

    • High Energy and Initiative: Flexibility, pro-activeness, and a hands-on approach.

    • Adaptability: Comfort in working in a fast-paced international environment.

    • Qualified Operators: Valid driving license (car is a plus) and forklift operating license.

    • Legal Compliance: Must have a Dutch work permit.
